Five team leaders from Currys at Fosse Park took part in the LOROS Shop Challenge and spent a day working in our shops to help them maximise their sales.
President of LOROS, the Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire, Jennifer, Lady Gretton, has awarded four members of staff at the hospice for their 25 years' service at the charity.
Members of the club took part in a 30 minute race as well as running a raffle and managed to raise more than £250 for the hospice.
Volunteers play a key role in the running of LOROS, whether they are on site, helping out in its shops, or lending a hand at an event.
That was the last match Shelly and Shirley went to together and Shirley will be forever grateful for the team at LOROS for making that possible.
