Councillor David Clements, Chairman of Blaby District Council, chose to support LOROS in 2014. During this yearly partnership Blaby District Council staff members put their hands on deck to raise vital funds for their local Hospice.

Fastant staff brave the bad weather to cycle 100km (63 miles) to raise funds for LOROS
HRG Leicester are still going strong with their Accumulator Challenge and have now exceeded the £3,000 mark!
The staff have raised in excess of £12,000 by donating their unwanted clothes, books, toys and other items to LOROS via the Donation Stations sited at the at their office.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Wigston, the event will see local bands Krisis and Hathern Band take to the stage with a mixture of popular songs, including 'The Last Night of the Proms'. Followed by a great fireworks display, this is definitely one not to be missed!
Jo Ward and Hayley Alesbrooke-Sewel, from Hinckley, decided to put on their own burlesque events and raise funds for LOROS. After visiting the Hospice to present their cheque, they have been spurred on to organise more events this year.
