LOROS are thrilled to have been selected as Leicester Racecourse’s chosen charity of the year for 2015 and are looking forward to working with them, especially on their brand new event, Ascot Ladies day in aid of LOROS.
On Thursday, 12th February, British Gas (Aylestone Road) got in touch with their softer side and created a “hub of love” at Beaumont Shopping Centre to celebrate Valentine’s Day and to raise funds for their local Hospice, LOROS.
Imogen Cox, 47, and Charlotte Thompson, 44, have been friends for almost 10 years. Together, they organise the annual LOROS Fashion Show, which raises thousands of pounds for the charity each year. The pair discuss how the charity has brought them together in the Leicester Mercury's 'Two of us' feature.
Freedom Care, one of LOROS’ corporate supporters, was nominated for the Pinders Healthcare Design Awards 2014 and won £500 which has been donated to LOROS.
