The LOROS Tree Recycling Scheme is back! Forget about long queues at the dump or the mess of pine needles in your car (which you’ll be finding for months afterwards) — our incredible volunteers will collect your tree directly from your doorstep, making the process completely stress-free.
Once collected, your tree will be taken to a hub site where it will be recycled into eco-friendly bio-fuel – giving your tree a new, sustainable purpose.
This year, we’re juggling a few extra challenges. With fewer volunteers available during the busy festive season and costs going up, we’ve decided to set a limit of 350 tree collections. That’s what we can comfortably handle with the help we have right now — so spots are limited and likely to go fast! All collections must be booked by Thursday 1st January.
We will be collecting trees in these postcodes from Monday 5th to Wednesday 7th January 2026.

Please leave your Christmas tree at the front of your property by 9am on Monday 5th January. If your tree isn’t visible when we arrive at your property, we may not be able to pick it up!
