We have a terrific opportunity to join our HR team to cover a period of maternity leave from April 2024 to April 2025. In this role, you will be providing professional advice and support on all aspects of people management, employment legislation, recruitment & selection and terms & conditions. You will also advise on a wide range of employee relations issues, and interpret policies and procedures to support managers on fair and equitable employment practices as an advocate of our culture and values.
Acting as a thought partner to line managers and colleagues, in this role you coach and guide on the full employee life cycle, and take a proactive approach on project work to further the HR strategy.
This is an ideal opportunity for an HR Advisor looking for a role with massive purpose. To succeed in this role you will need experience of managing human resources operational issues and a good understanding of EDI, performance management, ER issues and recruitment. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office packages. This is a fixed term role for one year.
