Responsibilities & Requirements

Salary £24,772 to £25,780 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

37.5 hours per week plus being part of the out of hours on-call rota

Reporting to the Facilities & Operations Team Leader you will be part of a small but dedicated team responsible for receiving, prioritising and responding to all preventative and reactive maintenance issues relating to both clinical and non-clinical services to the Hospice, and across the LOROS estate.

 

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar facilities maintenance role, ideally with within a clinical setting, and ideally hold relevant qualifications.  You must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are essential, as is a good understanding of health and safety work practices.  A full driving licence is also essential.
