LOROS Hospice will be playing host to their very own comedy gig after teaming up with Dave’s Leicester Comedy Festival as part of their latest campaign.
Selina Morgan, an employee at the Queens Road store, said: "As part of our commitment to our 'Charity of the Year', we decided to purchase some goods that could be useful to LOROS at Christmas time. "
Alan Higgins and his Stepson in Law Stuart, raised an amazing £443 in sponsorship when they climbed the iconic Sydney Harbour bridge last year.
Weekly coffee mornings held at Mountsorrel Baptist Church meeting rooms have raised £8,784 since they started in 2001.
With the amount of people who play the Hospice’s weekly lottery increasing by the day, the team urgently need more people to help collect money for them.
Staff at Opus Trust Marketing in Leicester have been raising funds for LOROS throughout 2015 and were delighted to donate £2080 to the Hospice
